Meet Your Photographer!

I graduated high school in 2024 and I’m currently attending San Diego city college. I’m studying to earn an associates degree in Photography and my bachelor’s degree in Education. My goal is to become a full-time photographer, but if that doesn’t work out, I would love to teach the third grade and do photography on the side!

Traveling has become one of my favorite things to do these past few years. One of my favorite places I’ve visited is Guanajuato, Mexico during my senior year. I went with my best friend for an internship and got to volunteer at the English- language library, while also learning more about my culture and the community there.

I love reading! My favorite genres are romance and poetry, but every now and then I’ll read about astronomy.

I used to hate reading until middle school LOL, but now it’s one of my favorite ways to relax and escape from reality. There’s a nostalgic feeling I love about reading until sunset, especially during the summer.

Something I prioritize outside of school and hobbies are my friends and family (not all seen in photo).

The friends I made in high school are ones that I will deeply cherish forever. I couldn’t be more grateful for all the memories I made with them. They’ve been a big part of my life, and their support has meant a lot to me.

My family is my biggest support system. They’ve helped shape who I am and continue to be there for me when I need them. I will always be grateful for their love, guidance, support, and encouragement.

Fun Facts

  • I am huge Padres fan, so yes, I have mastered yelling at the tv like it helps. And of course, that also means I’m a proud Dodgers hater. LOL.

  • I’ve always been fascinated by the stars. Astronomy is something that I love learning about. If I wasn’t studying photography and education, I probably would have majored in astrophysics.

  • I have several favorite movies, I can never pick just one. The Homeward Bound, Interstellar, Aladdin, The sandlot, The Perfect Game, and some of the Madea movies are just a few.

  • I’ve always loved being around kids, but I discovered my love for teaching during my junior year while interning at my old elementary school. It was an amazing experience getting to connect with so many students.
